Smriti’s expertise lies in handling complex corporate, civil and commercial litigation involving insolvency and bankruptcy laws, banking and finance, securitization laws and intellectual property laws. She represents resolution professionals, borrowers, institutional creditors, asset reconstruction companies, acquires of distressed debt and committee of creditors, large corporate groups amongst others. She regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, NCLAT, NCLTs across India.
Smriti has also successfully undertaken Land Due Diligence, Legal Audits and Legal Due Diligence for various Banks and Asset Reconstruction Companies.
Smriti is a core asset of the Delhi Team advising a wide array of clients in terms of development of legal strategies & their execution thereof in a time bound and cost effective manner in respect of complex and landmark litigations.

Vishesh is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court. A strong hold in litigation has helped him acquire necessary skills in problem solving and advising clients on best solutions for dispute resolution. He is also regularly involved in advising on and strategising litigations with a solution oriented approach.
Over the years, he has successfully advised, strategised and handled various constitutional, civil and commercial disputes across various Courts and Tribunals in Mumbai and New Delhi.
Vishesh is an alumnus of the Government Law College, Mumbai and started his practice in Mumbai.
In 2021, Vishesh shifted his base to New Delhi and now regularly appears and argues before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Bombay High Court, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, National Green Tribunal, Real Estate Regulatory Authority and Securities Appellate Tribunal amongst other courts and tribunals. He also extensively handles arbitrations, representing both individual and corporate clients involving high stake commercial disputes.

Jaiveer is an integral part of the team that handles litigation before the NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT, PMLA Courts, District Courts at Delhi, Delhi High Court and Supreme Court of India and he regularly appears before these forums.
Jaiveer’s expertise ranges from precise drafting and in-depth research to handling complex civil and commercial litigation primarily involving Civil and Commercial laws, Insolvency and Bankruptcy laws and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He has experience in dealing with white-collar crime-related issues and has also undertaken Legal Due Diligence and Legal Audit assignments for various Banks and Financial Institutions.
His varied exposure has positioned him as a strong and effective advocate in the field of dispute resolution and other members of the team draw benefit from his experience.
